It encompasses the three pillars of health, Healthy Diet + Supplements + Exercise.
The app allows you to create your own personalized Wellness Coach by choosing from a roster of customizable characters who deliver daily motivational and educational messages to keep you moving towards a healthier lifestyle. The Wellness Coach acts as a personal trainer in your pocket. Other key features of the app include setting up reminders for you and your family to take — or restock — your dietary supplements; and receiving “Healthy Mission” tasks from your virtual Wellness Coach who rewards you with trophies for accomplishing them.
“The WannaBeWell app is filled with customizable features that will help people get and stay committed to their personal wellness routine no matter where they are,” said Judy Blatman, senior vice president, communications, CRN. “It’s an at-your-fingertips health and wellness resource that brings convenience to the crucial wellness decisions we make on a daily basis.”
And for each WannaBeWell app download, a $1 donation (up to $13,500) will be made to Vitamin Angels to help reduce child mortality worldwide by connecting infants and children under five with vital nutrients.
Additionally, when looking to get your health back on track, it is also important to know where you are starting. The My Wellness Scorecard is a free online quiz that lets you know if you’re an AlphaWELL, an OhWELL, or somewhere in between. Your assessment offers actionable ways for you to improve your health and simple tips to create your own personal wellness regimen, focusing on healthy diet choices, vitamins and other supplements, and exercise.
