10 Ways to put the Ohhh… back into your Libido!

After a long day of playing cheauffer, housekeeper, diaper changer and our many other jobs, often the last thing on our mind is slipping into lingerie! Here are 10 ways to get that Libido back in action!

1. Diet and “Do It!” Unbelievably a healthy diet is key to having a healthy libido! Ditch the fast food and preservatives and stick to the basics; raw or frozen vegetables, lean meats, whole grains and fresh fruits. Not only will you feel and look better but your libido will thank you. Below is a list of foods that specifically increase your libido! Pick them up next time you are at the store and have a little extra dessert after dinner! (wink wink)

*Celery – Boosts a powerful substance called Androsterone. This is an odorless hormone released through male perspiration. Sweat? Doesn’t sound too sexy but definitely puts you in the mood!

3.Sleep Lack of sleep can play a major role in loss of sex drive. If you are tired you will not be in the mood! Let Daddy or Grammy take over baby/kid duty for a night. 6.Go Shopping! Pick up a new negligée or matching bra & panties in your favorite color. Not only will they turn your husband’s head but you will also be determined to put your new items to use!

7. Make a Date Night Studies show that being wined and dined by your significant other can relieve stress, boost endorphins and increase your libido. If you can’t seem get out for a date night, light some candles, put some wine on chill and rent a great movie. Date night can be in your own house, by the fire, in the bath or in bed!
