The Wellness Wisdom Event on May 21st in Santa Monica sponsored by Brenda Strong (Strong Yoga for Women www.yoga4fertility.com and Desperate Housewives), Leah Kalish (Move with Me Action Adventures www.move-with-me.com, BloodSport, St. Elsewhere, Who’s the Boss, etc.) and Joy Wright (Dr.Bloom Inc and Dr. Bloom Consulting www.chewablejewels.com).

All three women worked tirelessly to make the event a success and their hard work paid off. Well attended by those in the community, it also boasted celebrities from Desperate Housewives, ER, NYPD Blue, and The Bold and The Beautiful. All in attendance were treated to healthy appetizers from Real Food Daily.

Attendees were able to speak to the vendors about the products showcased at the event and their children were welcome to join in all the festivities. They were treated to live music and education on topics ranging from preconception to prekindergarten health and wellness. Each guest left with a reusable shopping bag from Whole Foods generously filled with products from the sponsors and educational materials on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
